Snoqualmie Property (Washington)

Snoqualmie recreation access permits allow entry to the Snoqualmie Property located near the towns of Fall City, Snoqualmie and North Bend, as shown on the Property Map.

The North Fork Snoqualmie River County road out of North Bend is the primary access to the property. Access is generally open from April 1st to March 30th except closed July 3rd, 4th and 5th or during high fire danger. Access is generally allowed from sunrise to sunset.

Snoqualmie Property -- Motorized Recreation Access

Motorized Permit -- Permits cost $335.00 and are valid April 1 - March 30

Limited number of permits sold on a first come, first served basis.

Motorized Permits go on sale in March of each year and usually sell out quickly.

Motorized access permits allow for vehicle gate key entry to Snoqualmie Property gates 10 & 11 from the North Fork Snoqualmie River County road out of North Bend. One key for specified gates and vehicle sticker delivered upon purchase of the motorized access permit.

Snoqualmie Property -- Non-Motorized Recreation Access

Non-Motorized Annual -- Permits cost $82.00 and are valid April 1 - March 30.

Non-Motorized Day -- Permits cost $15.00.

Non-motorized access permits are designed for hikers, mountain bikers, horseback riders. Permits allow access from sunrise to sunset. Non-motorized permit holders may not ride in any vehicle while on the property.

Hoko River Property (Washington)

Hoko River recreation access permits allow entry to the Hoko River Property located on the Olympic Peninsula west of Port Angeles, north of Highway 101 as shown on the Property Map.

Hoko River Property, (WA) -- Motorized Recreation Access

Motorized Permit -- Permits cost $325.00 and are valid August 1 - December 31.

Motorized permit allows for seasonal recreation access that covers individual and family companions. Motorized permits allow for vehicle gate key entry to Hoko River Property. One key for specified gates and vehicle sticker delivered upon purchase of the motorized access permit.

Central Park Property (Washington)

These recreation access permits allow entry to the Central Park property located in southwest Washington, east of Aberdeen and north of Highway 12 as shown on the Property Map.
